GREAT game sunday 11/16

The GURPS mysterious dudes game rocked the Dragons Lair Yesterday. We had two new players join one guy was a regular players brother the other a walk in. I was surprised to find two more guys who wanted to play but didn't have time so they watched us for a short time as we got started. The episode format is going well but we do spend about 10 minutes at the start of the game with the "previously on mysterious dudes.....". Its a blast because everyone gets to introduce their character and show how awesome they are. I am really impressed with the level of awesome all my players bring especially the ones who just joined.

look at me posting!

The gurps 4e game is going well. I hope to keep the game going for some time so we can see character growth. The players seem to be having fun.
I really can't say how much I appriciate the Dragons Lair staff for making space available for us to game.

I am running a GURPS 4e game on Sundays at the Dragons lair
in Austin. I have been wanting to run this game for some
time and the RCD&D game I was DM-ing /playing in ended I
jumped at the chance to start a new game. This game
is in an open episodic format that allows different players
too join in during different sessions. I have done some
pregenerated characters for the game so walk in players
can get in on the game. The premise for the game is a mash-up
between Mystery men and Watchmen using 50pt. characters with
25 points of disads. The world has a few "Big time" heroes
and villains and they are too busy with mundane crime. The
players start off as every day guys that get fed up with the
crime and decide to mask up and help the overworked police
department. We have run several sessions and it has been a
blast. If anyone wants to join the game drop me
an email or just show up!

1st Blog post

I have always wanted to be someone who kept notes of things and wrote stuff down. I want to use this blog as a record of all my ramblings and crazy brain excrement. So here we go!
